Our General Salt Session is 45 minutes of quiet time with dim lighting to encourage mindful breathing, restoration, and relaxation.

This public session can hold up to 4 guests.

You can choose to relax in either a swing,

a zero gravity chair, or on comfy pillows

and blankets on the salt floor.

  $120

Enjoy 45 minutes of deep relaxation in your own private Salt Room. This session can be on your own or with your loved ones. $120 includes up to 6 people. Each additional person is $10.

Feel free to read a book, crochet, draw, listen to music with your favorite pair of headphones, or any other hobby that isn't messy or noisy.

This is YOUR time.
