2. Breathe Better, Glow Better

Our dry salt therapy (halotherapy) offers a supercharged version of that "after the beach" feeling. Holistic Health Practitioner, YogaFaith Instructor, Halotherapist, and Red Light Therapy Provider

Amanda Bohn

Hi, I’m Amanda Bohn — a wife, homeschooling mom of three, certified Holistic Health Practitioner, YogaFaith instructor, Halotherapist, and Red Light Therapy provider. My passion is helping others discover how to support their health naturally, simply, and in a way that aligns with the way God designed our bodies to thrive.

I grew up in Boyertown, PA, and later moved to the beautiful beaches of Jacksonville, NC, where I quickly learned the restorative power of salt water and fresh ocean air. When life brought our family to Northeastern Pennsylvania, I found myself missing that natural “salt therapy” and soon became aware of the challenges posed by seasonal pollens and molds. This sparked a deep dive into holistic ways to combat these issues and support wellness from the inside out.

My formal training began at Trinity School of Natural Health, where I earned my Certified Holistic Health Practitioner designation. Since then, I’ve continued my education through numerous specialized courses, always eager to learn more so I can better serve my clients and my community.

Today, I have the joy of literally and figuratively bringing salt and light to this area — salt through halotherapy, and light through red light therapy — while also sharing the spiritual salt and light we are called to be as followers of Christ (Matthew 5:13–16).

My approach is Spirit-led — I firmly believe that God has guided me along this path. In my work, I focus on finding the root cause of health concerns, offering practical suggestions and natural solutions, while empowering each client to listen to and trust their own body. You know your body best, and my role is to help you uncover what it’s truly asking for.

Whether I’m guiding a YogaFaith class, offering halotherapy or red light therapy sessions, or working one-on-one with clients, my goal is always the same: to create a space for healing, learning, and hope.
